What courses do we offer?
At Joydays our approach to each of our courses is to create an action-centred package designed to enhance the contribution of the team and individuals that work within it.
Each course aims to develop team building and, a ‘sense of belonging’. Experience has shown that this accelerates learning as it allows people from a variety of backgrounds and seniority levels to work together without the need for specialist knowledge or life experience.
Our courses are designed such that they can be set indoors, or outdoors dependent on your specific requirements. We are always sensitive to our clients needs and, understand the importance of ensuring that attendees are at ease throughout.Joydays’ mission is to provide courses that are consistent in quality, carefully balanced, propagate structured individual and, team development while maintaining an informal and humorous approach.
The tasks we deploy are both challenging and interesting, with degrees of uncertainty, the objective being to ‘stretch’ participants — these are not just games. The tasks set will require delegates to make decisions; outcomes do not happen by default. We encourage our participants to draw out the problem and solve it as a team. We will not tell you how you should act.
There are few things as useless as the right answer — to the wrong question!”
