Barton Court Residential Site
Joydays has acquired Barton Court — our own residential site for small groups.
Seven miles from Bideford, North Devon, Barton Court is a beautifully renovated development of former 13th century farm buildings standing in seven acres of grounds with a small orchard and a wooded wilderness area.
The five-star accommodation consists of three cottages, sleeping two, five, and seven. Ideal for small groups and teams who need to get away for a few days in total privacy.
At Barton Court we offer a complete ‘Get Away From It All’ atmosphere and our catering emphasises this.
Breakfast is a casual affair: we put all the necessary requirements into your cottages and you help yourself.
Lunch is a hot and cold buffet either served on the patio or in the bistro.
Dinner is served in in one of three ways:
- in your cottage (the whole group can dine together in the largest of the cottages) and enjoy our cottage meals
- we provide the raw ingredients and you cook for each other
- there is a very good pub in the village with a separate dining area
